Brompton Technology wins Best R&D at Inavation Awards 2022

Brompton Technology is delighted to announce it has won Best R&D at this year’s prestigious Inavation Awards, one of the most sought-after honours for systems integrators, consultants and technology managers working in the professional AV industry.

The internationally contested AV integration awards programme has recognised Brompton’s continuous investment in research and development (R&D), with its team of experienced R&D specialists dedicated to the design and manufacture of ‘gold standard’ LED video processing products for the live events, virtual production, film and broadcast industries.

This latest accolade was announced at the awards ceremony –an exciting evening of networking and celebration held at the Maritime Museum in the heart of Barcelona. The capital city is the new home city for Integrated Systems Europe (ISE), the world’s largest professional audiovisual and systems integration show.

During ISE itself, Brompton demonstrated the rapid advancements it has made in LED processing technology since its last appearance at the show in 2019. The newly designed stand included an LED screen dedicated to High Dynamic Range (HDR) and accurate colour reproduction, a centrally positioned LED display demonstrating the company’s latest Tessera software developments, along with a product display area and private meeting space.

“We were truly delighted to be back at one of Europe’s most significant tradeshows for the professional AV industry, and we are excited beyond words and honoured to receive such a prestigious award,” says Brompton’s Chief Executive Officer, Richard Mead. “From the outset, R&D has been the engine of our company, with our original mission to meet the needs of professional users in live events. In the past three years, we have also developed features specifically for virtual production,in film and television, through ongoing innovation and a focus on performance and reliability. R&D has been the backbone of everything we have been doing for the past 10 years, as it continues to be. We’re extremely proud of what our team has achieved, and we look forward to the innovations we will deliver this year and beyond!”
