About us

Brompton Technology is dedicated to the specialist design and manufacture of cutting-edge, rugged, and tour-ready LED video processing products for live events.

Brompton Technology was established in 2011 as part of the Carallon group based in West London. Its products have been used on the international tours of acts like U2 and Metallica, as well as in long-term installations such as the BT Tower Infoband in London.

The company conceived the Tessera system to meet the LED processing needs of the live event and installation sector. Its founders have many years of experience developing control systems for this market, including the original Flying Pig Systems Wholehog moving-light consoles. This gives them a deep understanding of this fast-paced industry and extremely high standards for functionality and reliability.

As a result, over the last several years Brompton Technology has become a globally known and respected brand within the LED video industry; delivering the highest quality processors in the sector, software with an intuitive and evolving feature set, and providing industry-renowned 24/7 service and support.

The successful applicant will enjoy a short stay in London, getting to know our systems, personnel and company culture; further periodic visits to our London headquarters are expected, to stay current with new developments. Going forward, frequent travel throughout North America and beyond will be a feature of this position.

  • Experience working or assisting in a live production environment
  • Film and television production experience
  • Experience working with or using video equipment, in particular LED video panels and digital content
  •  Experience of creating technical documentation (technical bulletins, how to guides etc)
  • A working knowledge of CAD or drawing applications
  • Written or verbal ability in Spanish

We are interested in hearing from you if you have a genuine aptitude and passion for this field of work. If you do not meet every item listed, but you can demonstrate to us why you could do particularly well in this role, please do get in touch.
